Cancer is a class of diseases in which a group of cells displays wild growth. Smokers should use pipes or at least use the filtered cigars so as to reduce the risk rate.

Women should also go for frequent examinations for their breasts and smear tests for their cervix.

People should take time preparing good food since it is for their own bodies and not risk eating fast foods or an unbalanced diet. They should also exercise more. Exercises are the one way in which apart from minimizing risk factors can help to beat cancer if it’s already there.
