These patterns of behaviors differentiate members of a cultural group from others reflected in their lifestyle, communication and eating habits. The essence of culture in the society is to maintain discipline and existence of the society. Cultures of societies can be set apart from others by interpreting the use and perception of the values and perspectives. Cultures of different components are imperative for a member of humanity entirely in the social life and interactions since they provide a stock of knowledge for social behavior.

Language

This is the main identity of human societies, which is genetically determined and fixed because the language is dynamic, variable, and generative. The use of language operates in a stimulus basis, which triggers linguistic response. The basic components of human languages are vocabulary, grammar, and members of the society use it to express themselves. Language is basic and without there is no culture. Language helps in creating, sharing and preservation of culture meanings, which includes thoughts, knowledge and belief. Essentially language gives people the sense of history, identity and evolution. Language is not only as a medium of communication but determines what they think, perceives and interpret issues.

Religion

This is a set of beliefs and practices regarding the spiritual realm beyond the visible world, which provide guidance for behavior and explanation for human. Religion provides a sense of community and ownership hence basis of cohesion and moral strength.

Values

The cultural values are the ideas held as right, fair and just by people in the society.  The main dimensions of the culture include power or distance, which refer to the degree of inequality that exists in the society among the powerless and the powerful

In conclusion, cultural patterns help in integrating discipline and maintain the society’s identity. Cultures of societies can be set apart from others by interpreting the use and perception of the values and perspectives.
